Screen stuck on '"2E0EUZ' Check your PTT/key - cannot clear it.

Hi,

I am setting up my (tr) uSDX but the screen is now showing !!"2E0EUZ' Check your PTT/key
The radio is locked, I cannot clear it. Disconnected the power but when I powered the radio up it was still there. It is in practice mode and nothing is connected apart from the battery.
Can anybody help me?

did you try a reset? (hold down menu while powering up)

Thank you very much, it worked. Really appreciate your help, I have wanted one of these radios for a while and it locked-up leaving me a bit confused. Thanks again.
