Call sign on front screen incorrect...how to change it?

Hi, I apologize if this has been covered before, I searched and ran the videos but never found the subject I was looking for. LOVE this little radio, my only problem is the top screen where they put in your call sign is incorrect. I got to the CQ screen in the menu and have it corrected there, but the front screen is still incorrect. I've watched the Menu videos a couple of times but no joy so far. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
