Trying to download the firmware and custom callsign to my (tr)usdx radio, but it is not accepting it. The usb cable is connecting perfectly. I did exactly what the directions said on the website, and nothing worked. The program would do 10 attempts, say it wasn’t in sync, then say fail.
I was also given two Serial Numbers: One on a parts package from Sunny, and the serial number displayed on the radio when you connect it to the computer. Both serial numbers did not work.

Most likely a Driver or cable issue.
Please Check that you've installed the correct ch340 Driver and Test a few cables.
