In this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qN7hHsvcNMM Manuel mentions at 11:45 that adjusting the choke inductor (I think that's L15) will affect the efficiency, so you might want to check that. He doesn't go into detail about it though, but that's one thing to investigate.

Yeah, that's exactly the purpose of the reference frequency setting in the menu Try to adjust it and see the result. It's pretty quick to set, and hopefully once you have it spot-on, you likely won't have to adjust again.
