is the following Chinese uSDX a clone of (tr)uSDX?
https://qrper.com/tag/usdx/
Reason for asking : I have broken my PCB which holds the "Rotary Encoder", "Menu", "PTT" buttons.
I need help to know how to repair/rebuild it.
Can someone on this forum help me please!!!

Re: is the Chinese uSDX a clone of (tr)uSDX?
To my knowledge, the Chinese clone is their "development" offshoot of a previous incarnation of the "make the QRP-Labs QCX an SSB radio" (the origination of the (tr)uSDX project), where the original modifications to the QCX modification have been over-simplified and made much worse by designing the possibly good parts of that mod away to put in cheapness.
I would not expect anything useful to be usable from that QCX modification branch for the (tr)uSDX - components that might sound similar are likely too low in quality to be useful. Plus, the PCBS will have diverged so much from the original designs there is little to no likelihood of simple swaps.
If you give details on how your pcb is broken or what you did to break it, we have a better idea of how to help.
With the lack of information so far, my guess would be to order a replacement kit from the recommended aliexpress sellers. Likely more cost-effective than attempting a repair. Note that the (tr)uSDX board is four-plane (side A, groundplane, powerplane, side B) so if there's actual physical damage like a bend or crack extending through the PCB then a specialist level repair is going to be needed that's likely beyond most home hobbyists. If it's a simple matter of surface traces being damaged then those could be bodge-wired, but if you're thinking of a repair then this level of repair would already be obvious to you.
