Low output power
Purchased my assembled unit online and when I tried to use it for the first time the display indicated that I was putting out .01w on 40m cw. I am powering the unit with a 9v battery and I think it should be putting out more.

Re: Low output power
Hello OM,
yes there should be 3.5 to 5W (12V) and i think about 2.5W should be possible at 9V.
Please ask your seller if it could happen at assembly. You know we are not selling Kits or fully ready (tr)uSDX.... we are not involved in any commercial selling nor get money from it, we only try to help you with problems here
No power out is mostly PA FETs killed, contact problem on enameled wire T1/T2 solder joints or rf pcb to main pcb connectors
What about the other bands?
Did you check with a dummy load?
