How to distinguish Lo vs Hi vs Classic RF board

HI All,

I have two RF boards which I purchased some time ago, but I didn't mark them. I know one is Classic and another is Lo. How can I find out which one is which one.

Is measuring caps for LPF the only way?

Hello OM,

Classic has 1 FET on the back FDT86256,
LO has 3 FETs on top BS170.
Simply look

Thanks for the info. Yes one of the boards has transistor at the back.
