Problem with latest beta firmware

I am using AVRDUDESS on Windows10 and trying to upload the latest beta firmware as of today's date. The upload process completes without error. However, after the upload completes, my tr(usdx) does not reboot but displays this message:
45304A47xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Nothing I do makes this message disappear and the tr(usdx) will do nothing.
I am able to successfully upload the previous beta from last year and then the rig functions normally.

Can anyone suggest how to solve this problem?

You used wrong serial number. When downloading the firmware, put in displayed serial number…
