T1 and T2 continuity

I have installed T1 and T2, and noticed when testing with a multimeter that there is continuity between all 4 solder points on each. Is that normal/OK? In other words, the primary winding on T1 seems connected to the secondary winding on T1, and likewise for T2.

As you can see from schematics everything is shorted to ground for DC there.
