FDT86256 UK equivalent ?

I'm trying to source some FDT86256 mosfets in the UK or Europe

I only need a few and Farnell, Mouser etc don't really make it economical to post small quantities

Any help please ?

NEVER EVER buy these at Aliexpress!
This is more like a getting fakes for sure for the FDT86256 FETs.
You know there are already Atmega328 fake copies on the market?
They are working but not really 100% especially on ADU, Power sleep mode and other things on instruction level but they are safing 30% of Silicon for the chinese sellers out there.... so a good way to make money...
You can also see this on the BS170, some sellers selling BS170 labeled 2N7000 or other small N-Channel MOSFETs or NPN BJTs.
