Built this adapter for the Heil HTH (handie talkie headset. This is for the Yaesu single HTH. Wanted to use the headset when mobile with my Yaesu FT-60 too.
I used two male TRS connectors and one TRRS female connector. The "M" is Mic and the "S" is speaker (headphone). The push to talk works great, sounds excellent and my first contact was a 5-8 "great audio" into N. Minnesota from my QTH near Spokane.
