How to get serial number?

Hi everyone.

I'm experimenting with my (tr), and I would like to try the new firmware. To download the update, it asks for the serial number, but I don't have it.

When I turn on the transceiver, it doesn't display it, and unfortunately, I also don't have the original packaging with the sticker.

I bought the uSDX on AliExpr. from an authorized distributor, and I asked them for help to retrieve the serial number, but they told me they couldn't assist me.

Is there any way to obtain the serial number or get a new one?

This has been dealt with previously a number of times.
There are more topics on this too, search if you need more.
One solution was to enter zeros and the serial number will sort itself.
