Alternate parts @ JLCPCB?

Looking to place an order with JLCPCB, seeing 4 components unavailable.

With concern for best performance are there any suitable alternatives at JLCPCB?

First item is Y1, a 27MHz 3225-4p package.
How important is this item, and what should i look for as a replacement?
I see a few other ints in the same package available.

2) SN74CBT3253PWR is unavailable
SN74CBT3253 C PWR is available, i can't find that variation on a datasheet, but the package is the same

3) SI5351A-B-GT
SI5351A-B-GTR seems to be a fine replacment.
From what i can tell the 'T' just denotes the type of tape or reel the component is supplied on.

4) LT6231CS8#PBF
This is one that JLC appears to have no answer for.
The only alterative offered in stock has an incompatible footprint.
I could source and solder these myself.
Element 14 and Mouser (Australia) are also showing nill stock, so might have to wait this one out.

I'm not super advanced and understanding the finer details of the circuit and suspect others have some actual experience, so i'm looking for feedback on how i might proceed.

My intent is to build a classic bands kit i think.
60M doesnt exist in Australia (but might be coming?)

So.. any suggestions?
