Is it possible that in future firmware that the VOX stay on, after power up.

Hello OM,

yes this would be possible, but makes no sense...
think about if you have unplugged your Mic cable and take your (tr)uSDX and switch it on without antenna connected. Will for sure very easy blow your PA FETs.
This was the reason why it doesn't keep Vox on.... Mic is very near to the speaker.
