minimum bias control

I had been experimenting with changing both the minimum and maximum bias setting and observing effects on power and sound quality. Later, I discovered that the minimum bias setting was missing. It no longer appears among my (Tr) Usdx controls. Any idea what happened and how I might get it back?

It doesn´t make sense to set PA Bias min to anything other than 0, so this Option was removed from the menu.
