New V2.00x firmware AM TX output question

Hi, I'd just upgrade my rig to new V2.00x firmware last night. Nice to see the AM/FM mode is back and work better than before. Now I can listen the AM broadcasting with good quality sound. But when I check with the spectrum and power meter in TX mode, I find output power is very low without modulation. And the output power will jump up when I whistle to the microphone. Does that situation normal ?

One more symptom in the V2.00x AM receive demodulation. It still need to shift 1 KHz to get the perfect audio. This symptom happen the same with the original firmware code.
