Missing item in Menu in ver. 2.00x

I have ver.2.00x loaded and it's running very well. There is a gap in the menu between 1.13 and 2.4 so no practice mode available.

Is this normal or is it something with my setup?

Hello OM,

yes it is no longer there, you can turn PA bias to 0 therefore. This does exactly the same.

I also noticed this after a firmware change to get my callsign in
I noticed the rig would only go into "p", so i went into the menu and noticed the tx drive was set at 0,I turned it to 4 and hey presto,4w out
