USB-Audio - hardware error? (ft8cn + usb)

Using App ft8cn with USB-connection (Firmware R2.00x)
1. Test:
=> Cat ok
=> USB-Audio ok
=> ft8cn (Android) decoding signals ok

2. Test:
=>Sending cq
now
=> Cat ok
=> USB-Audio NOT ok (nothing shown in App)
=> ft8cn decoding signals NOT ok (nothing shown in App)
no signals will be shown in ft8cn, no decoding
... also testing with PC and driver => same, no USB-audio

3. Test:
Using cw (no usb) ... ok

Questions:
(1) Switching Frequency (with ft8cn)=> a few seconds after switching, there is no audio output from (tr)uSDX-speaker. Then audio-signal comes from the (tr)uSDX-speaker. Is this ok?

(2) Unknown reason for no USB-Audio output
=> Perhaps hardware error??
How to fix it?

Problem solved:
USB-Switch caused error.
Using another USB-Switch => ft8 receiving ok (ft8cn)

... at the moment I'll avoid transmitting ft8

hint: error was NOT caused by USB-switch
=> perhaps wrong config

steps to solve this USB-audio-problem (ft8):
(1) connecting (tr)uSDX with power supply
(2) switching off (tr)uSDX by pressing und turning center button, until (tr)uSDX is powered off (see: https://dl2man.de/4-trusdx-manual/)
(3) switching on (tr)uSDX by long pressing MENU (left button) => (tr)uSDX resets
... now everything is ufb with ft8 (=> ft8cn + OTG)
