Mic/Key IN soldering to use as line input

Hi all. What should we do to translate audio source (from PC, phone, recorder, mic, etc.) into the (tr)uSDX? Should we solder GND to PTT/DIT jack contact for the Mic/Key input? In this case we expected to receive only right channel signal from the stereo source.
