SMA to BNC connectors

Hello to all,

I am trying to locate the best way to purchase 4 SMA to BNC connectors. I am also looking for some small push to make switches of the non-latching variety. I do not want the kind used on the actual truSDX but some panel mount types (4 if possible 6 would be better 8 would be amazing). Can anyone help? Thanks.
