Problems Po report with f/w 2.00x, no variation whatever SHUNT value I use

Hi, I am testing a brand new lo bands kit I've just assembled for the 40M band.

My wattmeter is showing almost 5W on a 50 ohm dummy load, but in the screen I get around 3W with 1.00 SWR. Whatever value I enter at the shunt menu I see no change in the reported Po, how can this be?
