AVRDudess and Arduino programmer selection for beta upload?

I'm trying to install the Beta firmware.
My question is with AVRDudess and selecting the programmer. Firmware upload instructions show to select "Arduino" but there are 7 different Arduino selections. None of which is just plain "Arduino". What selection is everyone using successfully.
Using windows 10 on Evolve III if it matters.

In short, what are you using to upload the beta firmware?

ver 6.3
And it has 'Arduino' as programmer.
