Getting Out - low power

I was doing a POTA activation today in the Boston area. I've been using my new (tr)uSDX rig lately and have been having a lot of fun running FT8 from my Android phone. I'd been on 20m for a while and decided to give 15m a try. Setup the linked dipole for 15m and started calling CQ. The swr was great at around 1.0-1.1, but I was only getting about 0.5-0.7w on transmit. But I started getting responses. Made 5 contacts before I remembered that the (tr)uSDX doesn't support 15m. Rig control set the freq and it was working but wouldn't put out more that half a watt. One of the five contacts was California (2700 miles) and another was Wyoming (2400 miles). Not bad!! Love this!!
