Receive issue with the TruSDX

Manny,
My TruSDX has all of a sudden stop receiving anything but band noise. I have it connected to the same antenna as my main station radio (TS-590). I checked the swr, and it is 1.2:1. CW signals on the 590 are running S5- S7, but I cannot hear them on the TruSDX. Could you please reply with anything I should check.

I re-ran your instruction video on all the settings and mine are correct. My serial number is:

Please don´t call me Manny, don´t send me private messages or emails, if you don´t get replies. Instead try pushing here or use the search function to look for postings with similar problems.

Regarding your issue:
Was the SWR confirmed with (tr)uSDX or with another device ?
First guess would be broken cable or adapter. This can be excluded if (tr)uSDX shows SWR of 1.2:1.
If excluded: Do a full reset (Press and hold rotary button, while powering up)
If excluded: re-install firmware and do a full reset again
if that all does not solve the issue, you need to go into hardware troubleshooting with signal generator and oscilloscope.

By the way: All of this has been adressed plenty of times. Before posting, I suggest using the search function of the forum.

First of all, I apologize for calling you "Manny", but I think I picked that up from your video, which I have watched several times. I definitely wouldn't have used it unless I had heard it used previously. I am 84 years old, a retired judge, and I understand proper manners and etiquette.

Secondly, I did come here first looking for help on my issue, but found nothing. I posted this request a few weeks ago, if you check the postings. I only resorted to your QRZ.com email address after waiting over two weeks for a reply here.

I'll try the reset option you suggest. If that doesn't work, maybe I'll try re-installing the firmware, although I am not very computer literate.
