Baofeng speaker mic

I haven't seen someone wire a mic like this but I tried. I did it because I didn't need the speaker and it had only one cable. works perfectly!

Here is an adapter board for Mike's like the Retevis HK008 speaker/mike that requires NO mod of the mike.
