Damage from nearby transmitter ?

I was at a Ham meeting recently where someone kindly transmitted on the same band at 100W

Sets were 2m apart
antenna's were 15-20m apart
40m band

My Trusdx still works but there seems to be lot more noise on both receive and transmit.
Also when I rotate the dial I hear clicks and pops.
My spare SDR-receives OK with no noise.

Is my trusdx ruined or can it be fixed ?
Could I just replace the RF board or can the individual components be replaced?

Any ideas on how to proceed would be appreciated.

"A lot more noise" is a little bit vague....
You can destroy a (tr)uSDX by RF Overload from nearby station, but usually it no longer receives at all.

Try a reset, or re-installing firmware. Search for bad solder joints, if you want to eliminate noise.

Update:
False alarm

It was the just very poor bands over a couple of days after the 100W blast.

Amazingly the set has survived and when the conditions improved it's back to normal.

Not so sure an analogue set would have survived 100W RF 15m away.

Top marks to the truSDR - amazing bit of kit.
