Updating firmware

"Ardiunio" does not show up as a programmer in the updated version of AVRDUDESS 2.17 and so unable to update firmware to enjoy spectrum scope !!! Where can AVRDUDESS v.2.14 be downloaded from or is there another work around to this issue?
