Just to verify - orientation of the barrel plug for power.

Good day. So far, so good. Am now ready to apply 12VDC to the radio and don’t want to screw up.
I have two power supplies already wired for that small barrel connector. One has 12VDC+ on the inside and (-) on the outside , the other is reversed.
I am thinking that the inner should be B+ , and Ground (-) should be the “shield” .
