I am assembling a classic bands kit. The schematic for L15 calls for 22 turns on a FT37-43 (same kind of torroid as T1 and T2) with a value of about 200uH. After winding the torroid, I used an LCR meter to measure inductance, and have a value of 180uH. Is this close enough to the 200uH call for by the schematic, or should I add another winding to get it closer?
Thanks,

Re: L15 inductance precision
Hi Eric, from my experience, I have built all the rf boards, it is not useful to measure the inductance with the aim of centering the exact value, because you are not sure that the capacitors of the circuit are exactly at design value. It is a matter of trying successively by attempts to remove or add coils. In particular on that L15 inductor, I never needed to change the number of coils.
