Cw message loop no function

I accidentally sent without an antenna while the cw message was running. I quickly unplugged the power plug. The transistor was broken. I replaced it. Unfortunately, it no longer sends the cw message (loop). Which component could have been damaged? Reset has already been done.

If TXing normal CW works, there´s no more components involved in the loop part specificlly besides the microcontroller.
So i suggest:

1. Reset settings by pressing and holding rotary encoder while powering up.
if that doesn´t solve your issue
2. re-install firmware
if that doesn´t solve your issue
3. re-install bootloader, set fuses and re-install firmware
if all the above doesn´t work:
Your AtMega has a Problem and needs to be exchanged

Reset done. I reuploaded the firmware. Nothing changed. I have to find someone with arduino flasher to upload bootloader again.
Is it possible to erase flash and write firmware? Or only write firmware.
Do i erase bootloader if i erase and flash Firmware?

Bootloader is in a seperate memory area, that cannot be accessed via USB (RX/TX Port of Atmega), it can only be accessed via ICSP, so you´ll need a programmer of some kind.

Bootloader flashed again. It doesn’t fixed the problem.

I ordered atmega 328PB-AU. Is this correct? What does AU mean?

Is there something i have to look for, when i change it?

It has fixed itself. I connected a morse key (bought new one). Then made the rig off. After i disconnected the key, there was something like insert key on the screen. I connected the key and heard a relais working. After that the loop was working again
