Connection to Ham Radio Deluxe?

I tried with my rig Firmware 2.00i

TS-480
Kenwood
COM 7 (CH340)
9600 and 38400
RTS on
rest off

no connection, the rig is frozen.

what`s wrong?

My (tr)uSDX is still not connected, but I got it so far working, that I can now decode and see the waterfall.
But no TX and alwasy the failure not connected...
