Retevis Hk008 mike mod

I just modified a Retevis HK008 mike to connect to my trusdx named Tom Thumb. Success, sort of. Speaker works fine. Ptt works. But RF output with the new mike is peaking at about .5 watts and on original mike it peaks at 5.0 t0 6 watts.

1 Bad mike element in HK008
2 Mike bias needs to be changed, if so how
3 How to order exact replacement for
trusdx to put into the HK008.
4 Sugestion of any other mike element
that is known to work.
5 Any other suggestions???

I have an oscilloscope and the knowledge to use it if needed.

A friend is ordering same mike for me to modify so I need help ASAP if possible.

When finished and working I will upload the process of rewiring the mike.
