Newbie Questions - Just finished Auth Kit Build

Just finished my build.

1. In directions with authorized kit it stated that one multi winding toroid was 1:7 and the other 3:21.
The videos I've watched show both as 1:7 - which is the current design? If it is the 3:21 are the 3 to be on its own segment of ferrite or on top of the 21 turns?

2. When briefly pressing PTT button the display shows T from R but no SWR on top line? Yes a known good antenna is connected for 40M. And option for SWR display is ON. Any ideas?

3. How does one check the firmware version that exists in the provided kit? Current version on web from this past week (which I have downloaded but not installed)?

Ad 2) SWR only works in CW mode !
Ad 3) Last Menu Point (9.7) shows Firmware Version. If you don´t have it, your rig is running on 2.00i or older.
