Hi All. First time on the forum and looking for help. My (tr)uSDX arrived yesterday with no callsign - my fault as I missed the email re the callsign. There was no documentation and the number on the package label is only 12 digits long (LS55.......NL). The firmware download page is looking for an 18 hex digit number.
Can anyone suggest a solution. I've messaged the supplier and waiting on a response?
I bought through the UP Tech Store as recommended.

Go to https://dl2man.de/3b-trusdx-firmware/ and download the firmware for the wrong serial (use 18 zeros). When you try to install, it will fail and the display will now show you the correct serial number for your transceiver.
Go back and download software with correct serial and your call sign. If you want the latest Beta software go to https://dl2man.de/wp-content/uploads/20 ... /beta.html to download.

Thank you that worked.
The problem now is that in the WSJT-X Sound card Input the only option is "Cable Output (VB-Audio Virtual Cable)" and in Sound card Output "Cable Input VB-Audio Virtual Cable)". They were the right way round before the download.
I have tried uninstalling every thing, rebooting and reloading but no luck.
Any suggestions?
