Differences in PCBs

First question:
I have PCBs for sandwich uSDX with different versions of implementation.
LCD board version 2.1, Mainboard viersion 2.5, Filter board - 8 band serials resonance.
Am I going to have problems at startup time ?
Second question:
What is the difference between mainboard version 2.7 and my mainboard version.
