Spectrum scope not appearing

Brand new unit and I am new to this. Bought from approved Malahit on amazon, no serial on screen but has serial number on bag. Updated firmare accoriding to directions on site. Followed all directions. Menu item 9.7 displays firmware 2.00

Hello OM,

which Version of 2.00?
For me it sounds like it didn't update, but not sure i was not involved in your updating process.
When your serial was entered wrong, for example a typo, there happens no update with this file.

Is there any way to check the update other than the 9.7 menu screen?

No!
You got a automatic reset after update, if this doesn't happen there was than no update...
Please read and look at the videos a little bit better before posting, this would be helpful for everybody.

Do you mean if the trusdx didnt turn off then back on after update then it was not a valid update? Because it did, but i appreciate the attitude. And I followed the step exactly except for the programmer name because "Arduino" without anything after it was no option so i selected the first one "Arduino as programmer using Arduino as isp firmware"

If you look closely at menu 9.7 F/W there is a letter after the numbers: 2.00i or 2.00u or 2.00x depending on when you ordered or updated. That is the Firmware version.

Thanks for the reply. Mine is showing 2.00i on 9.7. Any clue on how to fix?

Just got the update figured out. Got a successful message and now shows callsign. But still dont have spectrum scope unfortunately
