Hi-band problem: low power, high SWR
This topic was presented earlier and I followed trouble shooting suggestions offered. But I am still having the same problem. I desoldered, rewound and resoldered T1 and T2 three times, each time reorienting wiring directions. ( By now my board looks pretty dirty, but connections and separations seem ok.). My output is 0.1W and SWR 9.99. I’d appreciate any advice or thought. I have built many kits and home-brewed many radios and devices, but this one just baffles me. I have a working low band (tr)uSDX and I used my Hi band main board with it (I reset it for Hi band) and the board works just fine. So the problem is definitely the Hi band LPF board.

Solved! The problem was a faulty FET (FDT86256) that came built in on the board. (I bought mine on AliExpress.) As soon as I replaced it with a new one I purchased from Mouser, my (tr)uSDX worked as it should. I now have a few extra FDT86256s. Contact me off-line if you need one. I am OK on QRZ.com.
