RX problems

Hi!

Got strange problems with RX.
In USB it works somehow, but there seems to be no sideband suppression. It receives on both sides from tone.
In LSB or CW it's deaf. Receives only if I connect signal directly to antenna connector.

I think something happened with main board. Gona check clocks and trace the signal from RF pin to the MCU. But looking at the main board I'm curious how can I probe any of those tiny ICs with my standard oscilloscope probe??? Everithing is so tiny there. I'm afraid to short something.

How do you do it guys? Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
