Ready-made device - defect

Hello,

I bought a ready-made device from the official Aliexpress account. I updated the firmware to 2.00i. The device is not transmitting. There is no change in the display when I press PTT (no transmission power, the call sign remains on the display). This is the second device that is not working. I don't really know what to do now. Can anyone please give me some tips.

Try doing a full reset. Press and hold the tuning knob down while powering on the trusdx. Once reset, all factory defaults will be returned. You will have to do the frequency calibration again. I have to do this when updating firmware.

I've done everything, but it didn't help. The call sign and the S value are still in the header. When I press PTT, the display just changes R to T and there is no transmission power visible in the Tiny-SA. This is the second device that doesn't work. I bought both from Amazon.
