Update: I now have 12 full sets of prints bagged up. So my production rate is about 12 a week - I can only print 1 set a day at weekends, normally. Plus I get the occasional failure, particularly with the lettering on the top plate where I'm sure everybody wants clear lettering. My printer equipment wear and tear estimate was valid - the PETG sticks too well to the soft magnetic build surface and after many prints the detachable surface starts to get damaged - no matter how carefully I try and separate parts from the print surface.

I really hope that growing part shortages for the electronics aren't going to mean I'm sitting on dozens of sets of parts that took me weeks to print...

Please let us know if you can manage to print that amount in a few weeks?
My ordering, completing all parts from different sources definitely take a few weeks - so I think with current speed you will not be a blocker.

Phew! I was worried it was going to be closer to 50. Estimated date for having 28 enclosures printed is 28 January. Then I will send them to you by courier (UPS, probably) for distribution.

Dear All,

Group 1 list is completed. I am still waiting for 3 email addressees - so if you received my message please send email to me.
Summary:
We will order 50kits + 28 enclosures.
Attention #1: I do not find good replacement for SN74CBT3253 at JLCPCB. I know that FST3253 will be good but this part is also not available at JLCPCB.
So I will order PCB without this part. I will purchase this part separately, from other source. But you will need to solder it yourself (TSSOP-16 footprint)
If you feel you cannot do it yourself, cannot find somebody who can solder for you - let me know this week. I will shift you to Group 2, maybe the part will be available at JLCPCB later.
Attention #2: Please be aware that ordering and delivery to you will take a few weeks. I have to source parts from several suppliers, not all deliver quickly. Once all PCBs and parts arrived I will start sending to you.
I will update you on the progress.

Next steps:
I will send you email with my bank account and paypal name via email this week.
Please send money to me. My preference is bank account, but if it is difficult for you paypal is also fine.
I will start ordering without waiting for your payments, but please do not postpone it too much - 50kits makes quite serious expense.

If you are looking for the best stock in China, wouldn't it be better to order plates for both groups? There is a risk that we will find fewer components in the future.
I think we all have the money ready, we just need to know where to send it.
