Update from enclosure printing company:
"All parts are done except the fronts with the letters. We want to make them as nice as possible but it's a little tricky... If it's done in time till tomorrow before noon, we'll ship it out tomorrow otherwise on Monday. I apologize for the delay and hope for your understanding."

You have to solder them by yourself, or find someone to do that.
Due to the chip crisis, not all chips are always available. That was explained before.

Soldering is not a problem. But LT6231 is not available in CZ. Mouser has this chip, but very expensive shipping.

i can not upload the firmware. (avrdude.exe: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding
)

Did you select the "Arduino" programmer?
I followed Manuel's instructions
step by step and there were no problems:

Initially, I was preparing to load the bootloader, but I was pleasantly surprised to see the serial number on the display. Thanks, Adam!

i could upload the bootloader. now i see a serial number on the display. i can not upload the firmware tru the usb port. i will try to upload it via the isp pins. i hope this works.

i had a problem with my fuse settings
i used FF instead of 0xFF
