Problem with firmware install

Hello,

I have been trying to install new firmware to get ft8cn working through cat control (USB).

Current firmware is 2.00i.

My computer did find radio on port COM5 when I was using micro usb (radio) and usb c to computer. When I try to flash latest firmware using AVRDUDESS I receive error message:

Error: cannot open port \\.\COM5: Access denied.
Error: unable to open port COM5 for programmer arduino

When I try to install drivers to my computer to get it find radio with regular USB port on computer I receive error message:

Driver Install Failure.

My computer can not find radio on any COM port when I tried to use several different cables.

I am kind of stuck here where to proceed?

I changed to other computer and I followed same procedure and now it worked. So This is resolved.
