Low power on 12v Aliexpress build

I am trying to diagnose the problem with my Aliexpress kit.

I am getting the following results:
Frequency Power Efficiency Amp Draw

Receive .09
3.56 .01w .71 % .192
5.31 .1 w 6.67 % .194
7.03 .09w 6.67% .198
10.1 .12w 8.3% .198
14.06 .11w 8.0% .20

I would appreciate some steps or tests I can try to figure out the problem. I have access to a Nanovna if that would prove useful at this stage.

It is receiving Ok. Tried 30 meters using the dummy load as an antenna.

Apparently that does not make a difference in CW where the power is checked. I tried a TX Drive of 0 and my output power was unchanged.

I had similar problems. Check again if coils have enough windings and if they are soldered properly. Then if this doesn't help it is probably FETs that are faulty or at least one of them.
