(tr)uSDX Firmware update problem ... (AVRDUDESS)

I have a (DL2MAN) official AliExprex 2 items (tr)uSDX , the first in "Orange" and the second in "Army green".
The second (Army green) works fine with USB and also CAT .
The first (Orange) does not work at all . I can do what I want ... it works not .
In the device-manager it is recognized when it is connected to USB , but in the
program with Arduino-AVRDUDESS it does absolutely NOT work , will not recognized from AVRDUDESS. (No sync. error message.)
Only the serial number is shown on the display when connected .
From AVRDUDESS the (tr)uSDX (in "orange) , -my first from AliExpress )- will only recognized from USB in device manager , but that`s all .
I have tried different computers and also different USB cables.
All softwares (Firmwares) I have original from the website of DL2MAN . Nevertheless nothing works.
How do I get the firmware via USB into the orange (the first...) (tr)uSDX...?
I think this (tr)uSDX has a hardware problem ...???
