Installing firmwire, got verification error

Hi !
Using arduino to install firmwire over ISP.
Downloaded for that beta version from website.
Tried to install firmwire but geting error:

Verification error, first mismatch at byte 0x7e00 0x11 != 0x0
Verification error, content mismatch.

So what should I do or where Should I look for?

Your connections to the ICSP header.

Never use the - F flag, if you were trying that too.

important before programming the atmega 328 through the ISP there should be nothing in J7, J9 that correspond to PA, Mic / key, schematic diagram correspond to the ISP port.
