Frequency calibration method. Menu 8.3

Good afternoon everybody. I have found two methods to calibrate the frequency. One is described on Manuel's YouTube channel and uses a professional receiver in iso frequency with the little tr usdx, while a second method I found on YouTube involves tuning the frequency of 14.999khz usb and with the spectroid app, stop frequency adjustment when the note heard reaches a peak of 1000 hz. If I'm not mistaken the frequency of 15 Mhz is a wwv.
