It seemed like the firmware should have been loaded already. On power up I get in the display:
serial #
Any Ideas what the problem is?

That is your serial number.
Either the firmware is not loaded or firmware with the wrong serial number has been loaded.

Hi Guys,
The Bootloader is loaded, but not the FW. The Bootloader (amongst other things) is what displays the processor SN on the OLED.

I'm not exactly sure how these things work, but I think you might want to delete your serial number from your post so it doesn't get spread around and misused.
