NO receive. Transmit OK

I just fired up my tr(usdx) for the first time. It tranmits just fine. However, the receiver is virtually deaf. I can faintly hear a CW signal from my other radio but no other signals. Can someone suggest where to start trying to fix this deafness?

Go through the menu and check the attenuator settings, in your case set both to 0db, make sure the AGC is on and the volume at 9 or 10, try also with headphones as the internal speaker isn't great or could be faulty.

Check the soldering on all the ICs.

Thank you for your suggestions. I tried all of the above, but unfortunately, to no avail. Does anyone have any other suggestions as to why transmit, but not receive works? I do hear noise and a loud birdie at 7.202 LSB, if that means anything.
