J12 antenna connection

I might done something wrong when putting my radio together.

When everything is in place on the board - is it then correct that there is a connection between the shield and the center of J12 .

When I am messuring from center pin of J12 - and the shield - there is connection.

I that correct - or have I made a failure.

That is correct, as you´re measuring a DC Short through T2 to GND.
