Missing capacitor C9 M/B

As I was going through x50 mainboards from JLCPCB I noticed a couple (so far) have a missing capacitor C9, it's a 100 nF decoupling capacitor and I had 0603 size in my junk box luckily.
I will check all the other boards carefully, I recommend all do so before fully installing in to the case.

C9 is important ! It is a decoupling capacitor, but for our central element in the rig: The AtMega !
AS the group buy organizer, you should claim a quality complaint with JLC, if they were left out.
They will at least refund you some money for your effort.
